Welcome to Twortechnology. These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of the website and services operated by Twortechnology Private Limited ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Definitions

  • "Device" refers to the electronic gadget (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.) submitted by you for repair or service.
  • "Service" means the repair, diagnosis, logistics, and data management services provided by Twortechnology.
  • "User" refers to the individual or entity accessing our services.

2. Service Description

Twortechnology provides out-of-warranty repairs, screen replacements, battery replacements, and general diagnostics for mobile devices and laptops. We use high-quality parts, including Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) equivalent components where available.

3. User Responsibilities

Before submitting your device for service, you agree to:

  • Data Backup: Although we take precautions, data loss can occur during repairs. Twortechnology is not responsible for any loss of data. You must back up all data before handing over the device.
  • Remove Security Locks: You must remove all passwords, PINs, patterns, and cloud accounts (e.g., iCloud, Google Account) unless strictly necessary for the repair and agreed upon.
  • Remove Accessories: Remove SIM cards, memory cards, and protective cases. We are not responsible for the loss of any accessories left with the device.

4. Estimates and Payment

Estimates provided are based on initial diagnosis and may change upon physical inspection. If additional issues are found:

  • We will contact you for approval before proceeding with additional repairs.
  • If you decline the revised estimate, a diagnostic fee may apply.
  • Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. Devices will not be released until full payment is received.

5. Warranty Policy

We stand behind our work with a comprehensive service warranty:

  • Coverage: The warranty covers defects in parts and workmanship for the specific repair performed.
  • Duration: Unless otherwise stated, repairs come with a standard 6-month warranty. Screen replacements may have different terms.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover accidental damage (drops, spills), water damage, software issues, or new issues unrelated to the original repair.
  • Voiding Warranty: Unauthorized repairs or modifications by third parties will void our warranty.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Twortechnology, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Any damage resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Service or your account.
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

7. Unclaimed Devices

If a device remains unclaimed for more than 60 days after notification of completion or estimate rejection, Twortechnology reserves the right to dispose of the device to recover costs, in accordance with applicable laws.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
